Chapter 0: Zero Expectations
For Jin Rento, starting at a new school is nothing special. Nothing ever changes, and he never expects anything from anyone. However, even when someone has zero expectations, that in of itself... is an expectation.
Chapter 1: Fake
As the two opposites interact, Jin Rento notices something about the flamboyant Mina Yuriko that he can't quite figure out. Beneath her seemingly carefree and extroverted personality, Jin found something entirely different from what anyone would possibly expect.
Chapter 2: Pedestal
Beauty, brains, and a famous family background. Those who knew Mina Yuriko thought of her as the girl who had it all. Despite her popularity, Mina couldn't help but feel like the distance between her and her classmates was constantly growing.
Chapter 3: Drama Queen
Starting at a new school means new problems. However, Maddy Dai isn't one of them. Even before graduating junior high, Maddy has always made it her mission to make Jin's life as difficult as possible. Now, she plans to make sure he remembers his place as a social outcast.
Chapter 4: People Pleaser
Knowing how to get what she wants whenever she wants is one of Maddy Dai's specialties. However, her usual methods aren't holding their ground in her new environment.
